Dancers will enjoy the challenge of learning more advanced movements, including: floor work, layering, and a short drum solo choreography!
Each class will run for 75 minutes and includes review of fundamental movements with a focus on pops & locks, shimmy drills, layering and floor work. Dancers will enjoy toning their muscles with isolations of the upper back, arms, abdominals, thighs, glutes and calves.
