Belly Dance Basics Bootcamp

 

A  4-Week Progressive Class Just For Beginners

Come and learn the fundamentals of Middle Eastern style belly dance. Each class is 75 minutes and includes: introduction of basic belly dance movements including pops, locks, undulations, shimmys and travel steps. Students will learn basic movements and practice them in fun dance combinations. Each class includes custom warm-up and cool down to strengthen and stretch your dancing body. This is perfect for women looking for a new and fun way to work out, build confidence and body awareness, and tone and strengthen target muscles such as upper back, arms, abdominals, thighs, glutes and calves.
